Easy Home-Made Mozarella Sticks

Ingredients:

Cooking Oil

Cheese Sticks (However many you desire!)

4 Eggs

2-3 cups of Seasoned Bread Crumbs

Directions:

1. Heat up about 2 Tablespoons of oil in a skillet on medium high.

2. Put the eggs in one bowl and the bread crumbs in another bowl.

3. Dip the cheese stick in the egg and immediately roll in breadcrumbs. For best results, carefully repeat this step, making sure the cheese stick is completely covered in bread crumbs.

4. Now, fry it in the frying pan! It cooks pretty quickly, so watch it carefully!

Serve with Pizza Sauce and Enjoy!!

I'm Back!!

Wow! It been a year and a half since I last blogged! My sweet Sophie Jane is 3 years old and has turned into such a KID! No more baby...:( But I love this new stage. I feel like I have a built-in little buddy. She is so creative and smart and keeps us entertained always!

Lily Maye is 14 months old now!! She started walking about a month ago and absolutely loves her new-found independance! She's alot more outwardly sensitive than miss Sophie and requires alot of cuddling and loves and has such a cute little sense of humor. Mmmmm....I love those Princesses!!

Anyways, stay tuned for sweet and funny updates of my little chica's! I hope you enjoy them as much as I do (or at least pretty close ;)

GIRL!!!!

Yesterday, January 15, 2010 we had our second ultrasound for baby #2! We were extremely anxious to find out if this sweet little baby was "blue or pink" and just couldn't keep the grins off of our faces as we walked into the ultrasound room. Almost everyone was convinced that this baby was a boy, even me! Its funny how the ultrasound technician just nonchalantly announces the sex of the baby. Here we are sooo nervous and excited and have been waiting for so long to find out, but it seems that every time, the lady just announces it without any notice! We were all a little shocked when she said, "This baby looks like a girl to me!". We weren't dissapointed AT ALL, we just had to, kind of, absorb it and let it sink it! We really weren't expecting this news.

Now, nearly two days later we have become soooo excited to have two little girls!!! We have already chosen a name for her - Lily Maye. Isn't that cute? Sophie and Lily just sound so adorable together. We are very anxious to meet our new little angel and just hope and pray that everything goes well from here on out.
